The Design and Ordering process is quite simple : (1) FIRST CONTACT When we receive your enquiry we immediately make contact with your representative and discuss your project requirements.  We can work with your project’s CAD drawings ( ie DXF or DWG files) and we can also work from your PDF documents. (2) DESIGN CONCEPTS AND PRESENTATION Then we work with your company to formulate a Design Presentation which will include the specific details of the project . Our Design Presentation will take into consideration the themes or design concepts that you may ask us to follow, or if requested we can of course create completely new design options for you. Our Design Concepts will also give suggestions on the physical transportation and installation options available for the project’s special features that we would be supplying . Our senior staff are very experienced in International Logistics and Supply Chain / Project Management, so we can offer valuable support information . (3) DETAILED TENDER DOCUMENT / QUOTATION Once the Design and Logistical Concepts are agreed upon, we will then submit to your company a detailed quotation or tender document covering the products and services that we can offer. Our tender document will also cover manufacturing lead times and transportation information. (4) MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TO YOUR PROJECT SITE. Once the design concepts and pricing are agreed upon by both parties, we then manufacture the special Public Space Sculptures and Features in accordance with our mutually agreed design drawings .  On completion of manufacturing , we email to you digital images of the finished products , prior to shipping .  We then supply all shipping information including estimated arrival date on site , so that your contractors can prepare for arrival of the special features.
